Finishing Touches: After the pool structure has been done, we add finishing touches to the structure, like pool decking, landscaping, lighting and water features so that it produces an aesthetically appealing end product.

At Seacrest Pools, we are proud to offer some of the most comprehensive warranties in the South Florida swimming pool industry.
For new pool construction, we provide a three-year guarantee against all defects in materials and workmanship. Additionally, the pool shell comes with a lifetime structural warranty for your peace of mind. Many of our manufacturers, including Jandy Equipment, PebbleTec, and Florida Gem, offer extended warranty periods, further protecting your investment.
For pool remodels, we offer a one-year warranty on all remodel construction work, covering defects in materials and workmanship. If your project involves structural modifications, we invite you to ask about our extended guarantees. Our manufacturers’ warranties, such as Jandy Equipment, PebbleTec, and Florida Gem, still apply and provide extra coverage.
As Jandy Pro Edge Contractors, we are also able to extend the equipment warranty, offering three years of coverage on all equipment, parts, and labor, compared to the standard one-year warranty.
In addition, PebbleTec finishes come with a lifetime warranty, and Florida Gem finishes are backed by a 10-year warranty.
We believe in the quality of our pools and want to ensure you feel confident in your investment. When comparing pool builders, we encourage you to review warranty options carefully to ensure long-term peace of mind.
The time it takes to build a pool depends on several factors, including the complexity of the design and the permit process in your area. On average, a standard pool takes 10 to 12 weeks from excavation to completion. However, more intricate designs or custom features may extend the timeline. We’ll provide you with a clear schedule at the start and keep you informed throughout the project.
Choosing the right pool builder is essential to a smooth and successful project. Look for a company with a strong reputation, reliable references, and a proven track record of completing projects on time. Ask for a clear, written estimate and ensure there are no hidden fees. At Seacrest Pools, we believe in transparency and excellent customer service. We guide you through every step of the process, from design to completion, so you know exactly what to expect.
Absolutely! If your current pool is outdated or needs repairs, our renovation services can give it a fresh new look. Whether you want to resurface the pool, add modern features like water jets or lighting, or completely redesign its shape, we can transform your pool to better suit your needs and preferences.
A swimming pool can significantly increase your home’s value. Having a professionally installed pool can increase your home’s value by 7% to 15%, depending on factors such as location and the quality of the installation. A well-designed, professionally installed pool not only boosts the property’s market value but also adds to the enjoyment and usability of your outdoor space.
We offer a wide range of exciting custom features that can make your pool truly unique. Some popular options include:
These features not only enhance the beauty of your pool but also add functionality and entertainment value to your outdoor space. See our Pool Features page for more details.
Once your pool is completed, proper maintenance is crucial for its longevity. We offer maintenance guidance for the first 30 days after completion, during which we monitor water levels, chemical balance, and pump performance. After that, regular maintenance includes cleaning the pool, balancing chemicals, and inspecting the filtration system. We can provide detailed maintenance instructions or connect you with trusted pool service providers for ongoing care.
Yes! At Seacrest Pools, we offer 3D renderings of your custom pool design so you can visualize exactly how it will look in your backyard. This allows you to make adjustments before construction begins, ensuring the final design aligns with your vision. Our designers work closely with you to create a pool that reflects your style and fits seamlessly into your outdoor space.
