Bill and his team were wonderful to work with. We were not living in Florida during construction, but he kept us updated regularly (often with pictures!) and let us know when we needed to make decisions to keep construction moving along. Even when some issues – no fault of Seacrest’s – with scheduling inspections during construction, they handled them professionally and with minimal hassle on our part. The finished patio and pool are beautiful.

Seacrest did a fantastic job on our new pool in Boca, and I would highly recommend them.

The process began in early January, and was completed within three months, as promised. Prior to construction, Alyssa provided us with beautiful, unbelievable color rendering of the pool design, which helped us visualize the final product. Next, was the meeting with Bill at Seacrest’s office to select decking (travertine), interior finish (Pebble Tec), equipment (salt water), and tile for the trim and seating area. The process was fun and easy, and we are very happy with all of the materials.

Bill expertly managed the construction process, and was very communicative, helpful, and kept us informed throughout the process. From beginning to end, the project proceeded quickly and painlessly, and we really enjoyed watching the backyard being transformed from “basic” to a true resort-style retreat. Everything was done within budget, and best of all, without any surprises.

We have been told by some in Florida that when you shake hands with a pool contractor, make sure you have all your fingers after. So not the case with Seacrest Pools.

I cannot tell you how pleased we are with Seacrest Pools from beginning to end. We are from Canada so a lot of the work had to be done when we were not in Florida. Bill was extremely professional in providing us with up to date progress, information whenever we requested, and any answers we may have to any questions. His employee Tiago was so sweet to even check on the filling of our pool even on his day off!! All trades took great care of our property and made sure that our experience was a good one.

We met with about 10 pool companies, Bill from Seacrest was the second person we met and we should have stopped the search there! But I am always one for due diligence, so I wanted to meet with as many people as possible. This was our first pool install, so I was a little green!

In brief, they were amazing. Alyssa, the designer, had tremendous patience with us and probably went through 30+ designs and did not rest until the perfect pool was designed. As for the installation, it was exactly as designed and came out perfectly. Everything was fully as advertised and there were “no surprises”! Bill and his team kept us fully informed along the way, managed our expectations and the team performed exactly as promised!
